Gayané brings extensive experience with the Global Fund and other major donors, having led large-scale, multi-country health initiatives and a strong track record in aligning donor funding, national programs, and data systems to improve outcomes and accountability.

Role in the Hub: Leads overall program direction, health systems integration, and alignment with national and regional stakeholders.

Role in the Hub: Leads policy design, legislative alignment, and integration of governance mechanisms into financing and accountability structures.

Daniel Fernandes leads the design of the Hub's operational architecture, translating complex policy, financing, and service-delivery needs into a functional system for decision-makers.

He structures how the Hub works across its pillars - organizing information, generating intelligence, and ensuring outputs are clear, actionable, scalable, and implementable.

Role in the Hub: Leads the design of decision-support systems, advanced analytics and decision-support methods (AI-enabled), and the overall architecture connecting the three pillars into a functional, deployable system.
